A unique shopping centre, City Arena in Trnava, will be opened in august

Perfect combination with a football stadium and hotel

The shopping centre City Arena Trnava is set to become a commercial, social, cultural and sporting centre. Located in the heart of Trnava, it will have a direct connection with the pedestrian area. Its uniquess is down to the combination of the shopping centre with a football stadium and a hotel. The capacity of the stadium is nearly 20 000 seats and it will be used by the Slovak football federation. The centre will bring 450 – 500 job possibilities. The opening of City Arena will increase the number of square meters of retail area from an existing 550 m2 to 900 m2 /1000 inhabitants. Trnava is under the European average, which currently stands at 1200 m2 /1000 inhabitants.
Cushman & Wakefield in Slovakia is the exclusive agent securing the leasing of retail space for City Arena, as well as securing project management services, consultancy, marketing, tenant coordination and from the day of opening, also property management of the centre.
City Arena will be a 29 500 sq m leasable area in shopping centre, providing over 1000 parking spaces. City Arena will have 2 retail floors while the entertainment area will continue at the third floor too. The project will be completed with a street retail area consisting of coffee shops and restaurants including summer terraces. The shopping centre will offer 125 shops out of which more than 90 % are already leased out to date, including the supermarket Billa and brands such as H&M, New Yorker, Reserved, Mojito, Sinsay, Lindex, CCC, Deichmann, Camaieu, Tally Weill, Orsay, Tchibo, Fann, Kara, Otto Bergh, Ecco, Zeiss optics, Apple, Levis, Intersport and A3, DM, Pupa, Dragon, Domoss, a hand car wash, Max wash. Mobile operators will be represented by Slovak Telekom and O2. Banks, such as Slovenská sporiteľňa and Tatrabanka will be found in City Arena.

Demanding customers in multi-brand stores would appreciate brands such as Michael Kors, DKNY, Liu-Jo, Calvin Klein, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Scotch & Soda, Armani Jeans, Guess and Swarovski, the restaurants Al Trivio and Bokovka of the Benčík Culinary Group, a Jazz club with live concerts, patisserie, a cafe and a number of fast food units. For mothers with children the largest entertainment park in Trnava will be found in City Arena.
