Cushman & Wakefield, global real estate adviser, has announced its leadership structure for Slovakia, with aim of further strengthening its dominant position in the country, in line with the firm´s global strategic plan.
Cristina Dumitrache has been named Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Slovakia overseeing a strong team of 19 professionals. Cristina brings 17 years of real estate experience to the role - two of which she spent with the team in Slovakia and 9 with Cushman & Wakefield in Romania where she headed up the Retail team.
She heads a market-leading team which includes Matus Furman, Head of Retail, Jan Bryndza, Head of Office Agency, Radoslav Blazo, Head of Project Management, Richard Souhrada, Associate, Head of Property & Asset Management Slovakia and Aneta Lendvayová, Head of Valuation & Advisory.
