Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, supports expansion by customer Magna Interiors in Slovakia. The Magna Interiors Trnava facility has expanded its manufacturing facility from 8.700 square meters to 15.500 square meters. The facility produces interiors products such as door panels, instrument panels and armrests for various global automakers.
“As the automotive industry is a highly competitive market, suppliers when selecting premises, focus on criteria which include; high quality facilities, occupational costs, energy performance of buildings and the locality which must foster the timely and safe delivery of products to their clients. Magna Interiors Trnava is a division of Magna Interiors, an operating unit of Magna International , a leading global manufacturer of automotive components, operating in 29 countries around the world with 315 manufacturing facilities and more than 128,000 employees.
Foxconn Slovakia, a manufacturer of Sony televisions, is the owner of the production site in Trnava, where they operated before they moved to Nitra.
