VITA - ZEL & company, spol. s.r.o. is expanding in Slovakia and just leased a new modern warehouse facility in Senec area. The building has a total area of almost 4,600 sq m which will be fully equipped with modern technology enabling the company to store fruit and vegetables in a high quality environment. The Austrian developer Karimpol is the developer of the Bratislava Logistics Center in Senec. Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate consultancy, was involved in the transaction.
“VITA - ZEL & company was looking for warehouse space in Bratislava area with very good access to the D1 highway and very specific and strict quality requirements due to the goods that the company stores. After consideration of different options, the company VITA-ZEL selected Karimpol with their logistics park in Senec as the best option in terms of both location and the quality of the premises,” says Martin Baláž of Cushman & Wakefield, who was involved in the transaction.
