Cushman &Wakefield Retail team, on behalf of the landlord, was searching for a suitable tenant to fill in a 296 sq m big unit in the main shopping street in Bratislava – Obchodna street.
Obchodná street has been in a process of „recovery“ and has started to develop in one of the main shopping destinations in Bratislava. Mainstream high street retail is located in here. Neverthless, Obchodna street still needs to offer wider range of mass market brands to its customers.
Cushman & Wakefield Retail team is constantly in touch with expanding international retailers., therefore we introduced available retail space in Obchodna street to new danish concept with home accessories - Tiger, which was entering Slovak market.
Tiger opened it´s flagship store in Bratislava and enriched the tenant mix of Obchodna street.
Landlord is very satisfied with representative tenant and achieved market rent.
