Cushman & Wakefield Retail Team provided exclusive leasing of Forum Poprad which is situated in the city centre of Poprad, High Tatras mountain region.
Multi Development bought a site of the project already in 2008, but due to the economic crisis construction of Forum was postponed. Forum´s location is directly in the city centre on the former site of the old Prior department store. Multi Development had a target to build a new shopping centre, which will become part of surrounding pedestrian zone and historical town square bringing more life to the city center.
Cushman & Wakefield Retail Team started to lease the project at the end of 2012.
Cushman & Wakefield Retail team secured in a close cooperation with Multi Development an attractive tenant mix aiming at a wide spectrum of consumers, from lower and mid-range to the high end of the market such as Tesco supermarket, H&M, Lindex, New Yorker, 5 LPP brands (Reserved, Sinsay, Cropp, House, Mohito), Tom Tailor, Kenvelo, Lee Cooper, Time Out, Intersport, A3 Sport, Planeo Electro, DM drogerie, Martinus, Bata, CCC, Tchibo, John Garfield, Dracik, and Pepco, plus a wide variety of restaurants and cafés as well as 1000 sq m Golem fitness, banks and other services.
Forum Poprad was opened on 22nd October 2015. Besides rich tenant mix, Forum Poprad offers several retailers who are new to the city, such as C&A, Benetton, Gaastra and Apple Store.
