HB Reavis - Office Portfolio Year End Valuations

The Challenge

HB Reavis are one of the largest real estate companies in Slovakia with a significant portfolio which includes office, retail and industrial properties. The client required Year End accounting valuations to be undertaken in line with RICS Standards on a number of assets belonging to their Slovak property portfolio. The properties valued by Cushman & Wakefield were mainly located in Bratislava and comprised a number of prime grade A office assets.

The Solution

Cushman & Wakefield initially undertook inspections of the subject properties along with representatives of HB Reavis. We then undertook a review of the property information and carried out a detailed market analysis. Our valuation team was able to call upon the support of our local leasing teams, who are engaged in the Slovak market on a daily basis and are thus able to support the valuation department with the most up-to-date and accurate information available.

The Results

Cushman & Wakefield delivered a detailed market report and fully independent valuation in accordance with the standards set by the RICS. Our valuation benefitted from detailed research analysis, and further from the market intelligence sourced from our active agency teams. We were able to deliver our client with a quality product in a timely and professional manner.
